"Tire combo price on pirelli rosso2 was the best deal around when I needed tires a few weeks ago. The installation prices are fair, so I brought my wheels in the next day. No one else was in the store shopping that morning and the install took over an hour. When I was checking out the guy is telling me how hard Kawasaki wheels are to work with. He knew it was a zx14. I asked what tire pressure, and he responds with, we set all of them up at 36. I said the book calls for 41 and he just said ok. Didn't offer to take them to the back and air them up to correct pressures. When I got home my front tire had zero pressure. Would not even move the gauge. I had to pump it completely up with a bicycle pump. You can imagine how long that took to get 41 psi. Also to change the rear from 36 to 41 was a lot of pumps. The front doesn't leak, So i can only assume when he pumped the tire up to set the wheel bead he let all the air out before installing the Schrader valve, and then just didn't put air back in it. Also the front tire is 2 years old and the back is over a year old. I know some riders who would not have bought them due to the dates. So overall a 3 score for fair prices and convenience. Learn to look up air pressures and set them according to the bikes requirements and when someone says they are wrong actually change them. Then make sure to begin with your staff has enough reps on the tire machine to be confident with any oem wheel. That's how you could get a 5. Thanks. "
